Evan Rachel Wood

Evan Rachel Wood was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, on the 7th of September, 1987. Her father, Ira David Wood III (a theatre actor, writer, director) is her father. Sara Wood Wood is her mother, as well as an actress. She is the daughter of Dana Wood, a musician and Ira David Wood III, an actor. Evan and her brothers have frequently performed at Theatre In The Park in Raleigh. Her father started it and is the director-executive. She was just five when she was auditioning for the role of Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994). In 1996, she relocated to Los Angeles along with her brother Ira and mother. She is the daughter of Sara Wood and Ira David Wood III. Little sister of Ira David Wood IV and Dana Wood. She is a trained dancer. She is a fan of singing, swimming as well as rollerblade. She also enjoys on horseback. She is the black belt in tae the kwon-do. She remains in contact with a lot of her Once and Again (1999 castmates: Mischa Barrton, Julia Whelan and Shane West.
