Aisha Jamila hinds is a well-known American actor. She is known for her role in television series The Shield, and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003, she has shown her acting versatility by providing outstanding performances on television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. She was first noticed in 2005 when she played her role as Anna that was on Assault on Precinct 13 It was, however, her role in the role of Fannie Lou (a woman's advocate for women's rights) within the biography All the Way film that made her famous as an actor. Hind was also praised for her performance as Harriet Tubman's in WGN America's drama period series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television announced that the series will continue for an additional season.
